Although we love creating all of our different themed wooden letters, what could be better than designing your own letter? That's what we thought, so welcome to our 'Chalkboard Letters'.
All of our letters and numbers (A-Z, &, 1-10) are free standing. Some letters that have a curvy bottom, like an S or a C have been flattened slightly in order for them to stand freely!
Our letters are made from 18mm thick MDF Wood, primed and then finished with a special blackboard paint, ready for you to get creative! Each letter stands at around 20cm high.
We will also supply a small packet of coloured chalk so that you can get started straight away!
Tip: When the time comes to give your chalkboard letter a clean, we recommend using a damp cloth and gently wiping your chalk away. Leave to dry for 5-10 minutes and you should be ready to go. Our chalkboard letters also work well with chalk pens.
Our letters look great on their own, but they also look great as a name all put together on a wall, in an office, you 'name' it. We make all of our letters to order, so you can either tell us exactly what you'd like us to create, or give us a brief and we'll do it all for you; we'll even let you take the credit!
UK - All wooden letters are posted 1st class once completed. If you would like your package sent tracked and signed for, please get in touch and we will arrange for this to happen.
Everywhere Else - All wooden letters will be posted 'Standard Post' once completed, this means that there is no tracking information available but we will retain proof of postage. If you would prefer to have your package tracked and signed for, please select the upgrade when ordering!

For international orders, please note that we will complete all of your customs paperwork when shipping your order.
If you need to cancel an order, we would recommend that you try to notify us as soon as practically possible. For digitally printed orders, we are unable to refund any payments once printing commences.
We offer international worldwide shipping on all of our products.
Once your order has been placed and product created, your order will be sent to you using the best method for the size and weight of your package.
In the UK, our most commonly used courier is Royal Mail or UPS - standard UK delivery is 2-3 days. When posting via Royal Mail, we do not track your order but instead retain proof of postage. For smaller international orders, we use Royal Mail International - standard International delivery times vary, but are usually 5-10 working days. We also use UPS and DHL too, depending on where you are based, but regardless of who we ship with, we will always notify you of your tracking information (if available) and keep you informed with the progress of your order. If there is an option to send an order to you via UPS Express, you should see this when you place your order. UPS Express normally gets to you within 2- 3 days, anywhere in the world.
We will always insure your package for the relevant amount and deal with any issues that may arise from damaged packaging, lost parcels etc.
We try to keep the costs of shipping to a minimum, especially is purchasing more than one item, however if the shipping costs are significantly lower for us to send you your order, we will happily refund you the difference.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund, providing you contact us within seven working days from the date you take receipt of the goods. Please email email@example.com.
The item must then be returned to us within 14 days in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (we will allow longer for international returns as long as we know it's on its way)
Unless the item is deemed damaged or faulty, the return delivery costs are to be paid by you. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and secure the item accordingly as we cannot accept liability for any item lost or damaged in transit.
On receipt of a returned re-saleable item, Rup and Forn will refund you in full within 7 working days.
Hand Made / Personalised Products
We can all have a change of heart, so in the event that you change your mind about a hand made or personalised order placed with Rup and Forn, we will do our very best to accommodate your amendments.
If your order has already been created and you wish to return the item, unfortunately you will be exempt from our standard returns policy, however if Rup and Forn can reuse any item that forms part of your order, we may be able to issue a part refund.
We suggest that you get in touch with us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order that you have placed for a personalised product.
