We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations - let's face it, nobody wants to pay for something they don't need!
Cancellations
*Please request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.


Returns & Exchanges
* Please notify us that you want to return or exchange an item within 14 days of delivery.
* Return the item within 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
* Custom or personalised orders
* Perishable products (like food or flowers)
* Digital downloads
* Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
* Items on sale
We want your shopping experience with us to be as simple as possible. We can all have a change of heart.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, we guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund, providing you contact us within 14 days from delivery and we will do everything we can to make the situation better.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the returned item – Item must be in its original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will cover the cost to return the item, otherwise the cost to return is the buyers responsibility.

Do you ship outside the UK?
We sure do! We ship worldwide in fact. We offer worldwide shipping on all of our products except items fitted with a UK plug.
Your order will be sent to you using the best method for the size and weight of your package and we will complete all necessary customs paperwork on your behalf.
We will always insure your package for the relevant amount and deal with any issues that may arise from damaged packaging, lost parcels etc.
